Biography
Pokemon: You can only carry up to six pokemon. Do NOT use more than six. If you want more, you'll have to catch them yourself.
Pokemon Stats (you can use the stats suggested by serebii.net)
Pokemon Moves: For simplicity, your pokemon can use any move that they can use naturally. If you have any other moves that were taught via TM's, breeding, or Move Tutors, you'll have to explain, but you can only have at most four of these moves.
Pokemon Abilities: If Pokemon have more than one ability, they get both abilities. It's easier this way than choosing only one.
For Gym Leaders or Elite 4 Members, you can have a seperate team according to your type specialty. However, this team's maximum is five.
